Welcome to Suds & Spuds! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our professional cleaning services, our website, and our communication systems. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Suds & Spuds provides professional cleaning services based on the specific cadence or package selected at the time of booking (e.g., Weekly Reset, Biweekly Reset, Monthly Reset, Deep Clean, Rising Tide, or One-off Reset). The scope of work is limited to our standard cleaning checklists unless additional custom tasks are agreed upon in writing prior to the service.

2. Scheduling and Operational Communications

By booking a service and providing your contact information, you agree to join our operational communication queue.

Reminders: Clients on applicable tracks will receive automated pre-clean reminders (sent via email and/or text message approximately the day before the scheduled cleaning time).

Schedule Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to review these reminders and ensure the scheduled day and time match their expectations.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lock-Outs

We value our staff's time and plan our routes carefully to serve all clients efficiently.

Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Lock-Out Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at your property during the scheduled time slot and is unable to gain access (due to locked doors, incorrect codes, or being turned away at the door), we reserve the right to charge a lock-out fee up to the full value of the scheduled service to cover labor and travel expenses.

4. Home Access and Preparations

Access: Clients must provide reliable access to the property on the day of service (e.g., via a key, lockbox, door code, unlocked door, or by being present to let the team in).

Preparation: To allow our team to clean efficiently, we ask that homes be picked up and free of excessive clutter (toys, clothing, dirty dishes, papers) prior to our arrival.

Pets: While we love animals, the safety of your pets and our staff is a priority. Please ensure aggressive or highly anxious pets are safely secured during the cleaning process.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative billing arrangements have been agreed upon with our office management team.

In future - we will accept credit card payments through our secure online payment processing system.

For recurring services (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly Resets), cards may be kept securely on file and charged automatically upon completion of each clean.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

We pride ourselves on delivering premium service. If you are ever unsatisfied with a clean: Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your service completion.

We will promptly address the issue, which may include sending a team back to reclean any missed areas at no additional cost to you.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Suds & Spuds management.

7. Changes to Terms

Suds & Spuds reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
